“My first stay in Jonesboro and it does not disappoint! The Loft is a perfect space for a single person (and pet)! It is partially furnished and wood floors make it sooo easy to maintain. Management is great, readily available, and accommodating. Hallways and common areas are kept spotless and smelling fresh! Let's not forget to mention a gym inside and coffee shop right outside. Great local restaurants and shops for you to enjoy on the weekend. Very safe, and diverse. There are several great photographers near this building. Also, there is a GREAT plant store to help you to bring in some greenery in your loft. The building manager, Parker, is AWESOME! He is very personable and brings a lot of excitement to your stay at the University Lofts.”
